Toutche was looking to launch their range of Heileo electric bicycles in India. The product promise? India’s first long range, high-performance electric bicycles.
In the design space every challenge is an opportunity. Livery design exemplifies this; a balance between design and engineering where every graphic must respond to the scale and proportions of varied surfaces, match production efficiencies and yet create a distinctive visual identity.
Approach
Extensive evaluation of every bicycle frame spanning material, CAD drawings, guide tubes, cable ports and most importantly contours and production limitations.
Outcome
A minimalist yet distinctive livery design that was tailored to the range ‘Hybrid’ and ‘Mountain’.
